As part of our offering to the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), BBH (where I am!), Publicis, Digitas, Zenith and Prodigious formed a consortium —or what we call a ‘Shophouse’—to embody our diverse expertise under one roof. With different cultures melding, we needed a set of shared values that we, the Shophouse-keepers, could embody. One team, one dream type of thing.
So… posters for the office? Nah.
In keeping with our nostalgic name, ‘The Shophouse’, we drew from our cultural roots and created an edible installation instead. Headlines that sound like asian proverbs delivered by a Tiger mum, all packaged in an iconic biscuit tin box.
It can be said that these yummy posters came from a place of love (or trauma) and are lapped up on the reg.
